How should I treat my Kristin Amdam jewelry?

Always treat your jewelry with care. All sterling silver gets darker over time, but it happens much faster if it comes in contact with perfume, sulfur, skin creme, juicy air, hair spray, chlorine and high acid skin. Therefore, it's not a mistake if/when the silver gets darker, but depends on the skin and your habits. we also recommend that you refrain from wearing jewelry when you exercise, are in bed and bathe.

How should I store my Kristin Amdam jewelry?

Jewelry should be kept away from natural sunlight and heat in a protective jewelry box or bag to prevent it from darkening over time. They can also be stored in a plastic bag with a zipper made of mylar or polyethylene. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags such as waste bags as they contain sulfur compounds that will cause sterling silver to darken faster. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom.
